Shipping & Exchange Policy
Processing:
• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Delivery:
• Typically takes 5 - 14 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us via email or SMS.
Exchanges:
Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong item, size, or variant
To be eligible for an exchange:
• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
